The manatee smoothly dealt the cards. "If I win, you buy the next round." Setting down the leftover cards, they picked up their hand and fanned out the cards. Their eyes went from the array before looking across the table to make eye contact once again. "If you win, I'll tell ya what ya wanna know."
HALF LIGHT: This is fucking stupid, we don't have time for games.
As if they could sense the hesitation, the manatee smiled. "Come on, indulge me. Nothing's free and I think this is a fair price."
This one in particular was really fun to work on, I love doing species that are out of my comfort zone! Always fun learning something new; :3
