Ciara's fur color is mostly natural. At least the blue part is. The bit of purple in her fauxhawk does need maintenance, however. This is also why it's generally a welcome inconsistent part of her design. Sometimes she's dyed it and sometimes it's just not. Similar are her "piercings". She doesn't really have any, she prefers magnetics and clips because that way she can change them up to suit how she feels that day.
