Alright, I want to start somewhere since I've been meaning in watching you, so I will try my best to leave a good comment on this lovely fan-character of yours.
Going from head-to-toe in the order of what I have to say pertaining to her: Ears- Not a bad rounded shape to them, they're a little bit smaller than I'd recommend, but it could be the perspective in action. Hair- Good choice to match the fur-color. Eyes- Not a bad choice in color in iris/pupil/mascara palette, though the original has bright-yellow sclera (don't know why, that's how he always is shown) with black pupils compared to the chosen pale-yellow with pink-transitioning-to-black iris/pupil. A bit different from the original isn't always bad, in this case, it's good. Body/fur- This is where I kinda get a mixed message... at the top of her body, she starts off with fur that goes all the way down to her shorts, somewhere between the top and bottom of her shorts and down the rest of the way, she gets shaven-smooth skin/fur from the way it looks. I'm not sure how that might work besides her wearing latex-smooth leggings?
Overall summary: A decent character idea with room for improvement, but not needing much improvement.

i'm glad you like this character I made up but she is not wearing latex I just gave her fur a bit of a shine sheen but not done correctly but hey it's my 1st try at her from scratch since she does NOT exist as for the 2 toned fur, well her ventral fur is lighter from her cheeks down her front to her inner thighs and the tip of her tail is also with that tone of color, also her ears are smaller than the original pink panther because well females do have smaller ears than males
other than that due to the pose it is why she looks the way she does for now
when and if I choose to make her again i'll display her in a better standing look
unless someone wishes to make her and credit to me her creator that's fine
