Someone pointed out to me that Mega Evolutions are exaggerations of a Pokemon's form and features. Considering that, I was struck with inspiration for a Mega Arbok design. I figure Arbok are big, scary snakes, so a Mega Arbok would be a bigger, scarier snake. The hood is pointed upwards, the markings are more intense, Arbok now has a black scalp with a gem set upon it to draw the eye towards its own, its irises are red instead of black, and its body is much longer with black ribbons.
