You can run, you can run
Tell my friend boy Willie Brown
Run, you can run
Tell my firend boy Willie Brown
And I'm standing at the crossroads
Believe I'm sinking down...
We both should've known that this town would give the devil hell... We only but robbed the sherriff's wife dammit!
My god this painting has been sitting in the backburner for so long, thing is ashes at this point. I started this drawing back in december of 2023 and I hadn't touched it since, hell I even forgot it existed until a couple of weeks ago. I only really forgot about it because I used the most godforsaken and horrible art workflow out there (painting from greyscale to color), which ended up making it really hard to work with the painting.
So I just gave up with it, lmao. Only until a year and a half later when I saw I had posted wip's on my friend's discord server. I kinda feel bad about leaving art unfinished, so I went and "remastered" the characters (had to paint over Oreo hah) and applied the knowledge I've learned since then. Still, I didn't want to spend too much time on this painting, so it was more of a touch up more than anything, I wasn't going to redo the entire thing...
The result is alright I think.
Painting of cowboy Catuaí and Mocha, finished august 25th, 2025
