Artshow - Nighttime Outing
My first piece for the Eurofurence Artshow this year!
This poor thing had been lying around my workspace since last october, having originally planned it for last Halloween.
I really like the aesthetics of plague doctors, and I wanted to make a cute one c:
Painting a nighttime scene was an interesting challenge, as well as the paper I was working on - technically it's not meant to be used, let alone with watercolours, as it's the protective paper on top of my Baohong watercolour pads. But I can't just let a perfectly good piece of paper to waste.
This experimental little piece was made with watercolour and colour pencil.
