This is Luxaura (pronounced lugs-aura), he is the Integrity Leader of The Seer Council. Luxaura is seen as a mean person, but in reality, he just speaks nothing but the truth, he is physically incapable of lying, thus making him sound mean when in reality he is just blunt.
