This was done in Flash back in 2008 as part of a class assignment. It's a rush job, so kinda sloppy. Finally got around to exporting it as a gif for modern audiences.
Originally, Buizel came out of a pokeball, but that effect didn't work well, so I scrapped it during the export. Plus, it loops now!
