He is a merchant based at the center of the town which circles around the oasis pivotal to this town.

He is primarily a merchant selling fine clothing and embroidery, but likely selling other items he may be less public about.

He is a black panther, silver eyes, and will be wearing a cloak with blue and gold. Once you see him, ask him the following code phrase:

“Do you have any pink threads for mending a child's shirt?”

And he will arrange the rest.
