I am inside Paradise and reclaimed some of my gear.

Any trouble getting in?


None that I was aware of. I was surrounded by rugs and other heavy items. I was well insulated from the outside.
The place looks no better on the inside, save for those skyscrapers on the other side of a second wall.

That would be the weather districts. Highly controlled and secured. Even more so than the gate you just crossed.

For now, I would focus on the slums. Unlikely he would be here, but even places like this have eyes and ears everywhere, and less likely to be affiliated with the local guards.

I will contact you tomorrow morning with more updates. There is one other task that I am working on that may be of assistance.
