The 2nd legion is an odd one, even in comparison to the similarly lost 11th legion. Its Primarch, Sann'k, landed on an alien world neighboring the great eye of terror. As such, it was subject to frequent assaults from Chaos, both of the daemonic and mortal variety. Yet the xeno species that called this planet their home refused to abandon their homeworld. Instead, born a Psychic null, the primarch would rise and defend her planet from the atrocities of the warp. She would come to revile the species that worshiped these false gods, mankind included.
In the great crusade, the 2nd legion would be a dogged foe of chaos and all who promote it. But inevitably, that fight would come into conflict with the Emperor's vision for mankind's dominance...
