I really like just how good those floor stones on the front look look like. Looks like a ton of effort.

The floor stones are not nearly as difficult as it seems, its a tiling texture that is perspective scaled with a custom stone brush over-layed on top of it ;) But thanks!

Hi Acida! It has only just begun construction. The commissioner has a 3D artist that is going to use this concept as their reference. It might be a while before you can actually visit it.
