If I am thinking correctly, this unit also has the largest kitchen in its separate room, sporting a microwave, coffee machine, and blender (from what I understand, as long as a sim has one unit of free counter space, they can prepare [most?] meals; appliances just help with the cooking process and/or have other benefits like caffeine).
(The way that I like to design apartments when I can is to think of them in terms of gameplay i.e. how some units have features that others don't to help balance. Some have different living arrangements, outdoor access [if any], fireplaces, different qualities of appliances, etc.)
