The Yuti is one of the few Dinos I fear on Ark when I'm out and running on a Mid sized creature. Even some large ones are affected by the Yuti's fear roar. And those BLOODY CARNOS they have with them.... Getting jumped early and mid game by a Yuti and his pack of blood thirsty carnos is a death sentence

Oh don't worry. It's not if, but *when* you get jumped. You're just a bit luckier than most! Pray you're on a fast mount, or a hard hitting one when that day comes. Cause multiple Rend attacks from the Carnos will bleed you in no time flat, and they slow you. Yuti causes your mount to build in fear, until it becomes Terrified, and it turns to flee, refusing to obey commands. Meaning you can't fight, you can't control it, nothing

I would love to have a yuti as a mount someday!

Oh they make GREAT mounts. Almost mandatory for the bosses. Their inspire roar is a huge bonus! And they have the speed and flexibility that Rexes lack. I suggest a decent number of Rexes, 2 Yutis, (You riding one) And a couple of pigs to do healing with.

I'll keep that in mind when I play again!
