The Saima were once considered part of the Empire as their island lies far to the south of it in the cold waters of the Alderan sea, and the Empire occupied the island for some time in the past untill the Saima revolted and pushed them out of not only the island but the Alderan sea as well. They have since built a quite capable navy to patrol their borders and trade with other nations in the southern half od Eidon, though on occasion one of their ships arrives in the port of Whitestone, the capitol of the northern kingdoms during the winter months when the climate is more suitable there for the Saima.

Thank you. I try to make them as close as possible to how I picture these races in my head, it's not going to be a 100% match because of the limitations of Hero forge but I've figured out some tricks here and there to beat this system into submission so to speak.
I've used some tricks here that I've used in creating the non standard taurs for the tail, basically chopped a mermaid in half to add that tail. for the rest I've used the raccoon legs and widened the feet, ape upper body slimmed down, and a modified rodent head. still working on the backdrop, although I might just be lazy and use the snow bacdrop in portrait mode. :p
