Volt Krueger from Squaresoft's RPG streetfighting fusion 'The Bouncer'. I asked

In case anyone is wondering, the 'no escape' slogan is from the back of Volt's jacket. It's written over another cactuar logo, which is the main reason I like Volt. It's hard not to like a big bruiser with cactuars on his jacket. :D
