Hi. I'm Layla.
I was in the middle of a killer nap and woke up to a pounding on my door again. Take a wild guess who it was. Yep, Zipper. I'm never able to catch much rest with him around. Hasty moron, his breath smells like the graveyard.
Immediately he was complaining that I took too long to answer and it took him a bit to actually get to the point. Festival, meeting at the bakery, don't be late. Then I saw him run off. Typical.
I can't say I'm excited honestly. I don't like crowds, dancing, carnival games and especially loud music. Always see losers every year ignoring the guild and mindlessly walking into trouble around here too. Can be arrogant, tough guys with a lotta talk failing the strange dungeons in very few floors or jerks who think it's funny to purposely tease Graham's sister. Always their fault, never ours. It's like they're signing up to be morphed.
Really hoping I'm not scheduled for customer duty. Rather would forage for the stock, preferably out late, on a starry night and maybe with Vesper. They're decent company. Atlas can be okay too, even if she can be annoyingly prim like a lame princess occasionally. I just know Zipper will be whinging iimpatiently if she's intending to look extra pretty today...
A newbie approaches, one that actually wasn't concepted back in February! Meet Layla, a very poisonous elesqurriel! Honestly an incredibly long-time coming as you might not know, but I've been debating internally on if I should make an original Pachirisu character for likely ages now.
At first glance, Layla appears to be somewhat gothic, seemingly bitter and quite pessimistic. It wouldn't be off to assume she'd be a loner with no friends and while she does value a bit of time by herself to read a good horrific tale or bask in the comfort of her gigantic fuffy tail. Beneath that bumpy exterior is a warmer soul who values her spot in the Bakery Bunch and appreciates the company greatly. Opening up her true emotions just tends to be little tricky...
