- The inchworm is great and totally Pinkie Pie.
- The rolling over is really well done, too.
- The stretch is a bit weird, though. Maybe because both hooves don't raise in sync, or maybe because I can see a jump in the back hoof. But I like how her hair stretches with her.
- The yawn goes away too quickly compared to how it starts up.
- The front hoof suddenly changes places when she goes to jump away.
- BOING.

What is this? Moving ponies???
Times like this I wish I knew how to effectively criticize things like this.
I'd say the intro is well done.
Try not to let the legs and head come back into place using the same path they went through to get there. It's tempting to do to save time, but it looks unnatural. As mentioned above, the yawn needs a bit of work on the timing, maybe a bit of a hold and a slower end, even if just a little. And lift her head up just a bit as she unwinks.

awwwwww
I'd add in some frames at the end of each of her little "inchworm scoots" and give her a longer "anticipation" before getting up... if that makes sense? Like, give her a little stretch to show she's about to get up, and make that a pause long enough while she's stretching to really demonstrate the tension there. Overall, it looks like you have good keyframes and consistent drawings- all you gotta do is show them off by using more varied pacing.
aghghghg so cute
