Work-in-progress model for my Luxray, Century! This is a high fidelity model meant to stay in Blender for Cycles, about 50k verts or so. I don't personally do much game modeling at the moment, though do definitely plan to learn in the future for Unity and VRchat ^^
I'm really excited to continue working on this guy - Honestly, he was easier than I expected once I stopped trying to sculpt and retopo and just model directly, which seems to always turn out better for me. I think the hardest part was just remembering where all of the fur tufts go; I'd look back at his ref and realize I missed one quite a few times!
This character means a lot to me, so I hope y'all think he's neat too!
