I've been wanting to delve a bit more into villainously inclined characters, and who better to start with than the somewhat unscrupulous scientist? And I know it might be a bit of a trope, but hey, it's a Mewtwo! Meet Dr. Uriel Morgan, who is a specialist in all kinds of sci-fi tech shenanigans, and uses his warp and gravity powers to protect his lab from wanton intruders.
