the MDI (Munar Defence Initiative) Type-225 also known with the nickname of "Telefrag" is a limited production weapon mostly used for back ops and assasinations due to being a rather complex weapon to use, it uses a compact low power teleporter system to warp to target concentrated bursts of quantic particles known as Phonons, wich are generated by a focused multibeam MASER array inside the weapon, the resulting highly excited phonons are teleported next to or even inside the target, generating a thermo-concussive blast.

PROs
- Ignores most kind of cover
- Can fire in bursts to compensate lack of accurate telemetric data
- Pretty much non existant recoil
- Power cells allow for hundreds of shots each

CONs
- Shooting though covers requires either drone feed or external data to compute fire solution
- Fire control system needs fractions of a second to compute but it still tricky to hit rapidly moving targets like inside veichles
- Requires large and cumbersome barrel module to fire at longer ranges
- Accuracy is mandatory as shots don't have a large lethal radius
- Some forms of shielding or ECM can make the Type-225 useless
