Are these lawyers from the cast of Bob Fosse's "Chicago"? They sure sound like they're dancing up a storm"
"Even if we're sued, the lawyers can can keep it tied up in court forever!"
(To be honest, I didn't even notice it at first, I read it as normal, then I had a brain-itch of "that's not right," so I re-read the balloon slowly and the doubled word at the word wrap finally revealed itself.)

It ceases to be an issue when you have sufficient funds. Look at what Chevron did in Ecuador. They were successfully sued by the farmers and indigenous people... and then proceeded to appeal in a U.S. court with one of two handpicked (read: SUPER corrupt, and blatantly so) judges to declare, "welp! The Ecuadorian ruling can't be enforced, and also Chevron are pure angels!"
The other handpicked judge went after the attorney who had won the Ecuadorian lawsuit, Steven Donziger. When the district attorney's office refused to prosecute, she hired a private law firm (who were ALSO loyal to Chevron... and had repeatedly represented Chevron as a client) to serve as prosecutor, made an illegal demand that he turn over a laptop with protected information, then ruled him in contempt of court and sentenced him to months in prison. And also had him permanently disbarred.
This sort of thing is why I'm REALLY eager to see Smiling Jack in action, and wishing we had someone like them in RL.
