Kira is a member, if you want to call it that, of RISK. She is the first Epsilon Delta encounters, and maybe the most ruthless of the group. Leader of the cult that held Rain and Tox hostage, she enjoys "converting" new members. The bigger they are and the darker their fur, brings her darker urges out. If Kira could have gotten someone like Knight that would be the pinnacle of her depravity. To the point she may never have fully converted Knight, there would always be "more work" to do. Harking back to the days when the Goddess Terra, can't remember what it got changed to at the moment, would deal with her pets/acolytes.
