A long time ago I had a dream with a bunch of different Pokemon, some normal, some not so normal, one of the ones that stood out to me was a red Pelipper that had been flying around, so decided to make them a character. Their called Darren and they deliver special letters/missions to guild leaders only (Think S+ Rank missions) or private Messager's between leaders, he's considered the fastest Pelipper in the mail service.
