Context wise, this concept art depicts the scene right after "Bar Fight". Where Brack's group, having recently won their brawl with the local Volterran gangsters, decide what they should do next. Taking into account that the group they beat will probably return with friends, they decide to go to the one place on Korsun that still has law and order: Port Zarragoza.
