This was a lovely, surprise splurge.
I was out at Michael's the craft store buying Halloween decor supplies like black and red ink, carving and etching tools, skulls, the usual. While browsing just past the fabrics I came across just a whole aisle of DIY projects, boxed, pre-cut miniature scenes. Tiny buildings and shops and rooms and things. I just had to have one. And being the goddamn furry that I am I picked the one with an anthro animal on it.
Oh god was it fun but so fiddly. I was constantly using tweezers and straining to see all the smallest pieces. Such fun.
In case you want to find your own, it's a Rolife DIY Miniature House DG156 Alice's Tea Store.
