Here is one of my top favorite characters, Travis. I think I improve every time I draw him.

I really don’t like drawing backgrounds, but I think it’ll help to make my art more interesting, and will help for me to improve on them since I NEVER draw backgrounds. This was just a sketch though, and I’m not used to them, so I know some parts look off or incorrect.

Anyways, this is sort of how I’d imagine Travis’s room to look. On the other side, he also has hooks for his jackets which I was unfortunately unable to add. He would just definitely have a lot of band posters everywhere. He also has a record player and a LOT of records.

One last thing, he’s only wearing his sunglasses inside because he was about to leave the house! Otherwise he would not have them on, he hates having them on inside.

I like to make things up for each of my drawings, but in this one, I’m still deciding on where he was going.. maybe to see Earwig at a show? Most likely.
