AR Practice: Mara
Oh my God, that was... a ton of requests to go through. Thanks to those of you who participated! I saved two dozen refs to my computer, and I stilllll had trouble figuring out what to draw since I liked so many of them. ;3; (You guys might think I'm exaggerating, but I really liked most characters that were posted, lmao)
I think I'll keep that journal active... anytime I need a warmup, I'll pull a character from there. :D
I was in a pink mood this past hour-y time slot, so
's character was chosen this time around. I drew her kemonomimi form since... since I can? IDK. XD AR isn't as good at doing detail far away (either that or I'm too reliant on my Intuos3 for fine detail), so I found myself zooming in/out a lot... but it was a good learning experience.
AR is both insanely fun and insanely irritating for some things... it might be good to experiment with mixing programs in the future. It's hard to get something started in there compared to PS. :B
Sorry it's so messyand a little boring, Mara! I'm still getting the hang of using my Eee Slate/ArtRage and figured a portrait was a good place to start. XD
