As a fun exercise, I aged up some random foals from My Little Pony for my AU, Sideways Equestria. (The wiki lists her as "Nursery Rhyme," but I wanted to make her a doctor: https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/m.....20140713211855 )
The white, yellow, red, and black circle on her chest is a Medicine Wheel. Her office is in an Indigenous-inspired area. She blends traditional medicines with modern innovations to cure her patients. Creatures visit her for things like elderberry syrup and vaccinations, and no matter what age they are, they get a fun sticker after each appointment.
