Curious what leaves the last page for, Lyle's final moments? The princess freaks out alone? She turns Lily back into a mouse but Lyle shrinks with her and changes nothing? ...Princess Nino has a hidden cupboard of Lyles to replace the first one? I think there is a tiny bit of her based on the spy thing that she was kinda conflicted about doing it if she felt he was her friend, but if it was a direct command to swallow or he was not her friend she could have no guilt over it.

Thats what bothers me the most. Even if he lives, he'll most likely have severe trust issues or even PTSD. His life will literally be changed forever, and he did nothing to deserve it.

I'm not sure if Nino isn't a divergent herself. She seems to not quite comprehend the power she holds over certain people or the consequences of her actions.

Lily definitely is tho, she just does whatever the royals want and doesn't seem to pick up on anything while Lyle would.

I joke, but really seeing that Nino is genuinely surprised about Lily's nonchalant attitude about swallowing someone whole, almost like she's reflecting on these actions! This chapter has a whole lot of twists and turns, and I'm so flipping stoked to seeing more and more sensational works like it in the future! Keep doing great!
