GOOD GOD THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. As always, your attention to detail blasts me off into space, the light, airy colours and all the pastels are so beautiful and I'm eternally astounded as to how you make your backgrounds just perfectly complement the character that's situated in them - like YES this just screams pampered, overindulged brat 😩👏 I love all the rose and unicorn motifs and emphasis on gift baskets and overconsumption (and is that a present from a certain rabbit wizard in the right corner there 😏) and all that food looks delicious. I also really appreciate the detail of him being in a sort of garden conservatory so you can see the de Luxe estate in the background :D
Ambroys always looks so good whenever you draw him, I adore that pompous, air of superiority expression he has as he looks down upon that invite(?) and all the filigree of his outfit, that's one divine horsie right there 💖💖💖

This is so incredibly cool! The detail you always pack into these pieces is amazing... the gold filigree on everything looks like it must have taken absolutely forever to draw! I love the water effects, too, the way the water from the most distant fountain slightly distorts the shapes behind it. It's always such a treat to see these kinds of pieces from you! I could spend hours looking at all the little details and still feel like I haven't seen everything... your work never fails to blow me away!
(Also, I appreciate the inclusion of the little gift basket, haha... I think we can guess who that is from!)

thanku so much!
love when tons of details invite to explore an image and take a moment to immerse in it's world, so i tried my mightiest to achieve that :>
and about the basket. if i understand their relationship right, figured that Hyden would send to Ambroy something sincere, yet predominantly appreciated by him himself, rather than a recipient :v
hope i'm not too off)

BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL WORK (AS ALWAYS)!
Once again you have absolutely slain me with your incredible skill at depicting rich, vivid, lived-in worlds and applying your immense artistic talents to bringing one of Chocodile and I's characters to life. Every aspect of this has so much thought and care put into it. Nothing feels like an afterthought, everything has its own unique touch, even the clouds in the sky are composed of unique shapes and structures. And I am astounded at how you were able to take my little prompt about a rose garden and create this whole landscape out of it, the collection of foliage and tilework and furniture and ARCHITECTURE! I don't know how you do it. It's like you can see into the world in my brain better than I can, truly.
There are so many incredible details in this, from the sheer variety of confections Ambroys has to enjoy (when I noticed each and every cupcake has a unique design, how each bottle of wine has decorations unlike the others yet perfectly fitting together, my mouth just dropped -- the creativity of it all is astounding) to the gold detailing on the floor, to how Ambroys' celestial and rose motifs have been incorporated everywhere from his trays of treats to the fountains to his outfit. I also quite enjoy the gift basket from a certain bunny. ;P Again your eye for detail and character there is wonderful, thinking not just to include a gift from Ambroys best frenemy but also personalizing its contents to something Hyden might like use to gift him/taunt him.
I mentioned the outfit - I'm dying to talk about the outfit. Oh my god his outfit. Again your eye for detail shines here, and the sheer display of wealth and overindulgence that is his outfit, festooned with ribbons and frills and gold details and filigreed hoof caps and roses, fits his character so well. One can only imagine the many, many hours it would take for craftspeople and garment workers to construct such a thing (and how many hours it took YOU to draw it, my lord)
And the boy himself is just so beautifully drawn I love how you captured his snooty personality, with a little hint of fang in his expression, his delicate hands and how you managed to even make his big silly ears look elegant. The waves of his hair mirror the gold detailing on his fancyboy furniture in such a pleasing way.
And that's not even getting into your skill with showing substance, color and light. The way the sunlight dapples through the flowers and glass of the greenhouse; the rendering of the water, how the background warps within it; the give and weight of the cusions and plushness of the fabrics, everything works together to make this such a beautifully realized place, such a snapshot of a world.
I could gush forever, but to conclude -- thank you so much again for this gorgeous work of art! I always feel so blessed to be able to get a piece of artwork from you!

thank you so SO much for such heartwarming response! gives me such joy whenever people take notice of certain elements in my art and can recount reasoning behind it, so cool! TvT
oh and regarding the outfit. i remember reading somewhere that he doesn't wear a same outfit twice(?), sooo i felt legally obligated to design something totaly new :D
once again, it's so fun making an illustration for such lucid, immersive and clearly defined world and character~
