Wow, haven't seen her in a long time.
But for a simple piece, this is very nice! I like the comic-style shading too, and that technique you used on the wings.
...But isn't Lumina meant to be tiny?

She probably is, but the image was meant to make her look big/normal size.

Beats me. Aside from being from Sonic Shuffle and being a poorly-veiled NiGHTS expy, I don't know squat about her, and the commissioner didn't care enough to provide details like that. It was "draw this character in a bikini".
