The great first Nations actor, Graham Greene passed away from a lengthy illness.
Best known in his various roles playing Indian roles, starting in Dances with Wolves as Kicking Bird which earned him an Acadamy Award, later in Thunder Heart as Walter Crow Horse,the Tribal Cop along side Val Kilmer. Maverick and Die Hard with a Vengeance among his many roles.

I especially appreciated his role as the Shaman Leonard Quinhagak in the TV Show Northern Exposure. And in the Red Green Show as Explosives fanatic Edgar K.B. Montrose.

But his calm, yet gruff acting was his key to success.
