This is Nelson! Nelson has always had a passion for good food and especially for his favorite dish; fried rice. He has spent many years perfecting the art of fried rice and now gets to share that culinary love with all of his customers at his quaint little restaurant called Elephant Fried Rice. Yes, a simple name but the flavors are out of this world, he has so many regular customers that they are almost like family at this point.
