Another adorable ursine character to add to the collection of bears tickled in your artwork and as always the case, being rather ticklish on his paws. Though given he is a police officer and maybe not the smartest, possibly RJ was told this is a training exercise to help him learn to resist certain interrogation techniques if he should ever find himself captured by nefarious criminals.
