Here's another Argentina railroad/railway crossing crossbuck sign. This one says "FERROCARRIL PASO A NIVEL" meaning "Railroad Level Crossing" or "Railway Level Crossing." Level crossings in the US are known as Railroad Crossings, Grade Crossings, or At-Grade Crossings.
