Wanted to make this "emotional" piece highlighting the fragility of human beings when it comes to macros.. and in this show of pure power and dominance zeryn decides to spare the human as an act of.. Mercy.. but really, he did it to boost his ego and feed off their terror and dread... after all, everything and everyone are just playthings for a God

Facing the rampaging giant demon in the city, the rescue workers watched in despair and helplessness as lives vanished one after another—crushed under collapsing buildings or beneath the demon's feet. One of them attempted to kneel, praying for an end to the catastrophe, and the demon clearly took notice. Would this prove effective, or merely evoke a mocking playfulness toward a bug? We have no way of knowing

At least in terms of the outcome, they were fortunate—yet enduring the trauma of witnessing such a horrific scene is far more cruel than simply allowing them to die. Clearly, Zeryn's intention has been achieved. Additionally, the contrast between the fireman's gaze and Zeryn's smile is quite interesting. Well done!
