"nethermane" - is the nickname he was given after his file name [withing Agency database] which was created after Gnascor incident. there's a meaning behind it, but the explanation will be longwinded and probably not very interesting

lousy, to say the least)
just full of immitigable pride and need for dominance, having little to no consideration for anything that doesn't serve to indulge them.
uses veneer of civility along with every other imaginable tool of deception, persuasion and coercion to have his way, with smug superiority and condescension emanating through.
gets irritable and anxious when faces factors out of his control, and if his goals got subverted beyond tolerable turns spiteful and enraged, spiraling into meltdown

there're more facets to him of course, these are just most prominent

if you meant a construction for limbs to sustainably support weight of a body; then i kinda imagine it in the same way as big theropods and land birds solve it - reinforcing muscles with lots of tendons that help to keep limbs in a position without excessive energy intake

Your shapes on your characters are so wonderfully solid and believable! They all look like real people that could truly exist in three dimensions, and Nethermane and his teeth are no exception~
