(The last, tenth, request from my list. It took a little longer, but I've finally finished. The requester is 323taiyo .
323taiyo asked me to draw his OC: Gardevoir - Gardenia and Trainer - Seratsu. As you can see, Gardenia was chatting with another Pokémon and decided to show her little trainer in a new outfit. Seratsu is already used to dressing up and receiving some attention from his Pokémon, but he clearly didn't expect to be filmed and shown online to anyone else.
