Description by the client:
"The echidna standing before you has become the host of a certain Tuffle parasite not meant to be encountered by Mobians as if the host had gone out of his way to be possessed. For what reason? No one knows anymore, but the newly christened Meiby is prepared to misuse his new powers however he sees fit as if host and parasite have truly fused into one person. Either way, you should worry more about yourself, as Meiby looks eager to tower over you. Do you yield to the big blimp?"
(Note from the owner: The host's name was Meirouku, an old Sonic char of the user MeiroukuRishied, now repurposed into a host for the Tuffle parasite, Baby, from Dragon Ball GT, creating the fusion of Mobian and Tuffle seen here. This was created as an in-joke between friends. The joke has since given way to this picture.)
