A portrait of our Doberman/German Shepherd hybrid, Shelby, also lovingly known as "Bacon Ears." She's a clownish dog, a little awkward and sometimes a little annoying, but also very intelligent and very, very loving. Perhaps you can see it in this portrait.
This is another drawing in my slowly growing series of pet portraits, so far only including canines. This was a gift for my sister, and took me several hours to do.
