This is Dr. Olive, also known as Oliver or Ollie. He is Cherry's half-brother who ended up as a test subject for an R&D company, and ended up receiving a super serum that mutated him. Now he stands about 3 feet tall with shark teeth and green fur, and has an uncanny nigh invulnerability to just about anything. Despite no formal education, he's learned science through pestering other scientists and doing his own wacky experiments. :P
