Description: A legendary sniper who approaches every battle like a master chef crafting a masterpiece. Elliott's calm demeanor hides a devastating precision, and he uses a variety of alchemical concoctions and custom firearms to serve up Confectional Carnage.
Abilities:
Basic Attack: Precision Seasoning
Elliott fires a quick, carefully aimed shot from his bladed pistol. Deals Ice damage to a single target and has a 50% chance to apply
Chill (Speed -10%) for 1 turn.
Skill 1: Secret Recipe Round
Cost: 3 Energy
Elliott loads his sniper rifle with a special alchemical round. His next attack ignores 35% of the target's Defense and applies
Flash Freeze (deals Ice damage over time) for 2 turns. This skill does not end his turn.
Skill 2: Sous Chef Onix
Cost: 4 Energy
Elliott commands his cybernetically enhanced falcon, Onix, to support him. Onix swoops over the battlefield and
marks the enemy with the highest Attack power for 2 turns.
Marked: The target is revealed (cannot use Stealth) and receives 25% increased damage from all attacks.
Ultimate Ability: "The Masterpiece"
Cost: 8 Energy
Elliott uses his "One Shot, One Kill" training to line up the perfect attack. He fires a single, high-damage shot from "the Ex-Wife" at a single enemy.
This attack has a +50% Critical Damage modifier. If the target is marked by "Sous Chef Onix," this attack is a guaranteed Critical Hit.
Execute: If this attack brings the target below 25% HP, Onix will dive to finish them off, dealing an additional burst of damage.
Passive Ability: Patient Plating
Elliott is a master of positioning. At the end of his turn, if he did not take any damage, he enters a
covered state, which increases Evasion by 20% and grants his next attack +25% Critical Chance. This effect is lost if Elliott takes damage. Additionally, thanks to his bond with Onix, he can't be surprised by hidden enemies.
