Behold, the most dangerous supervillain in the entire world!
This mentally deranged fox used to work for a mega-corporation as a scientist in their Research & Development department. As brilliant as he is, it's important to note that Genius and Madness are two sides of the same coin. When it came to his experiments on test subjects the company hired, his methods were always a bit more... enthusiastic than the rest of his colleagues, but they wouldn't question his abilities. One fateful day however, an experiment of his proved to be too extreme, and a massive explosion rocked the entire Research & Development department, costing the company tens of millions of dollars. With that, he was promptly fired as well as publicly shamed, ensuring he would never work for companies of the same caliber again.
That didn't stop this large fox from continuing his work, though. He swore destruction and revenge on everyone who had wronged him as well as anyone even associated with the company that threw away his brilliance. He developed his handheld Auto-Pump device that could make his victims grow relentlessly with various volatile synthetic gases, most of them ending up exploding as they were jabbed in the maw with the Auto-Pump while few managed to survive. He developed a his Fat Pump, Air Pump, Blue Pump, and Nitro Pump, all flashily labeled on his utility belt for use. Despite his huge size, he is a quick fox with incredibly reflexes.
Run for your lives when you see the Pumpmaster bounding through the streets!
