Often seen as simple creatures, Sloghs keep to themselves, letting the world drift by them seemingly without a care. They do not speak as far as anyone knows since they do not interact with other beings besides their own. While they can be found in a variety of biomes most seem to be living in the sea and coastal areas where they never stray far from the water. Slea Sloghs seem to be by far the most passive as they wander about aimlessly, only stopping to feed on any washed up sea creatures or bodies, but their main diet is seaweed and they eat such large amounts of it they can clear entire seaweed beds which would otherwise start to choke the life out of reefs or block inlets.

How they reproduce is unkown as there have never been more than one Slogh observed in an area, but Sea Sloghs carry their young in a pouch made of a plant material the young won't eat, and they are handfed by their parent who collects small bits of seaweed for them.
