Ah, let me explain:
Punch Out for the NES was later somewhat remade in the 2000s for the Nintendo Wii, with many old bosses returning, including the great King Hippo. While fighting him the first time is similar to his original battle for the NES, the Wii version also includes a mode called Title Defense, where Little Mac must refight his opponents, who now have new moves and additions to add to the challenge. King Hippo returns as well, this time wearing a duck-taped manhole cover to protect his weak spot; in the new fight, Little Mac must now punch off the manhole cover before he can knock King Hippo down.
