I was intially going more for the reignited version with Sparx in my last Spyro fan art. Evidently, the original Sparx designs on art and marketing material from the old version of the games never matched the in-game model. Though I like what we ended up with, I was never satisfied with the look because I had that cartoony stick with ha ead design that sometimes had arms for grabbing. I still think the best part of the reignited design is the addition of multiple insect legs.
