Apologies, I needed to do some reformatting of your current device. Nothing major, just extra encryptions to make it harder for unwanted parties hijacking your signal.

We are known as the Kin, and you've come a long way in search of us. I'm impressed.

Thank you as well for keeping Holt safe. We would've preferred to keep him close within our grasp under better conditions, but alas he preferred neutral ground at Paradise.

And further with unfavorable circumstances, I wish to make it clear that I would've preferred waiting longer before the heat around you dies down. But after recent revelations that unfortunately may not be possible.

Where are you right now? I do not detect any traceable signal from your device.

Sadly I cannot disclose our location. While we have verified your intentions and pose no harm to us, we keep ourselves hidden away for very good reason. And we aren't in a position to take risks if you get compromised.

Hopefully we will one day meet, but we aren't in a good position currently. If anything, we need your help.


What do you mean? Help how?

We used to be located in Coal, the province south of you. Much like you, we were hunted by STEEL. And unfortunately they came a little too close for comfort. We had to flee, but our attackers remained to try and find any breadcrumbs to locate us again.

They still pose a great threat to us. If you can help alleviate that pressure, then we can breathe easier.

I won't lie and say it will be easy, but its something we need done, and will compensate you for it. We still have plenty of old contacts, hide-outs, supply drops, and armories that STEEL has yet to uncover.
