Meet Murrow Justo (Age: 56)
About The Character:
Murrow is a Ratouka, one of the subspecies of the Lectians that I'm currently working on*
Murrow is the king of the Justo Family and the father of Tabatha; aka: Tabby.
Murrow inherits one power: Electricity/Lightning. He can generate electrical discharges like an EMP. He can even let out electrical blasts from his hands and can hold the electrical charge like a rod.
Murrow has a somewhat laid-back, caring, and smart personality. He can plan 1-3 moves ahead and handle any business and finances without a problem. He uses his smarts a lot more than his powers as he only uses his powers when someone he loves and cares got bullied/harassed.
