Well, this can only end badly for Travis, he got knocked down when they first met, and ran from her first thing after waking up.

On that note, I didn’t expect Jasmine to get this involved in the program, at first. In hindsight though, she’s already Travis’ “partner”, and Lucius said that the “professional staff” for this program are former humans and natural born animals.

I just can’t tell if Jasmine is supposed to be the “buddy” for those taking the program, or one of the instructors in charge of running it.

Either way, there’s no escape for Travis, is there?

Jasmine's just acting like a regular tiger, (she was born one) Travis is the odd one out here. It's unheard of in tiger culture for a tiger (especially a strapping young male like Travis) to be against at least a friendly introductory punch. In fact, if a tiger rejects your "friendly aggression" it's seen as a grave insult. Travis is unwittingly calling Jasmine weak by refusing to engage her. So Jasmine really really wants him to deck her to preserve her honor. And the longer he waits the more aggressive about it she'll get.

In terms of her role in the program, she's basically a "role model" for Travis of a tiger's natural behavior. She doesn't have any administrative roles (other than occasionally reporting her insights to Lucius) and is technically more resident than staff. She's also not aware of the greater going-ons in the HRC or its true purpose. Like college when your RAs live in the same building and are still students but also work for the school and resolve stuff

Travis, forget your humanity. You'll be a tiger now, and you'll like it.

I hope this eventually gets collated into a published book, a la Twokinds or Housepets! I'd definitely get it at a con.

Thank you so much for the compliment!! I was just at Megaplex this year, I was thinking if the comic goes well I'd try to have a book/merch out by next year.

And yeah if you couldn't tell they were a big inspiration for this comic! :3 I'm hoping it's half as enjoyable as those two

Well so far this is definitely more enjoyable than Housepets. TK not sure, depends on how far into the future you're planning the plot.
